Welcome to our holistic journey
"Tulyata," meaning "balance" in Sanskrit, the original language of yoga, is the word we chose for our brand because it embodies the core focus of our service. The concept of balance permeates through two layers: the physical and the mental.
Physically, it represents equilibrium between the left and right sides of the body, as well as a harmonious blend of strengthening and stretching exercises.
Mentally, it signifies training oneself to achieve emotional balance, where feelings come and go like the flow of a river.
Our Instructor
Hello, my name is Thao. I completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in Zenith Yoga & Pilates & Wellness Hanoi in September 2022, specializing in Iyengar yoga. Additionally, I participated in workshops on Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and Restorative yoga, each providing unique insights into my body. Vinyasa felt incredibly smooth, while Ashtanga challenged me with advanced asanas suitable for experienced yogis. Restorative yoga, despite its appearance as relaxation, significantly impacted my physical well-being – a topic I look forward to sharing further on my blog.
Throughout my journey of learning, practicing, and exploring different styles of yoga, I've noticed personal changes, especially when practicing both Iyengar and Restorative yoga. This is why I am drawn to these styles. I am still learning and discovering more about them every day. And I would like to share the knowledge I have gained so that we can all practice correctly, safely, and minimizing the risk of injury.
Here is my website for all practitioners who want to join the classes. It is also the place where I share my experiences instructing others and practicing myself. Nice to see you here!
